Kernow North America brings new solutions to PRINTING United Expo

Kernow North America, a global supplier of high-performance printable substrates, will showcase an expanded portfolio of sustainable and specialty print media at PRINTING United Expo, taking place September 23-25 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Visitors to Stand C1873 can discover Kernow’s latest innovations alongside established ranges designed to help printers, converters, brands and designers add value, expand capabilities and create standout applications with enhanced print performance and creative possibilities.

Making its PRINTING United Expo debut is the new KernowJet Unifoil Silver & Rainbow Board, developed to help print businesses create high-impact applications combining print with distinctive metallic and holographic effects.

Available in Silver and Rainbow finishes, the board provides printers and designers with a creative substrate for producing visually striking, higher-value applications that stand out from conventional printed media.

Visitors can also explore the wider KernowJet collection. KernowJet combines speciality substrates and coatings engineered for demanding applications and consistent print performance while providing options for UV, Latex and Eco-Solvent printing.

Designed for businesses looking to move beyond conventional print media, products on display with include KernowJet KlearGuard, KernowJet Opaline Satin and the KernowJet Interiors Wall Covering range. Together, they demonstrate the breadth of the KernowJet portfolio and the opportunities for print businesses to differentiate their output through specialist substrates, surfaces and applications.

Narrow-web solutions

Kernow will also showcase high-performance synthetic media for narrow format printing, highlighting the versatility of its specialist media portfolio.

Central to the narrow format showcase is KernowPrint Unlimited, Kernow North America’s range of synthetic papers developed to provide greater flexibility across multiple press technologies. Designed to run across Dry Toner, HP, Offset and UV Inkjet presses, it enables print service providers to use the same media across different production platforms and select the most appropriate press for each job.

The collection comprises of three key products – KernowPrint FG, KernowPrint FLEX Lite and KernowPrint X – offering synthetic media for different production and application requirements while retaining multi-press compatibility.

Synthetic range

At the heart of Kernow’s synthetic media range is KernowPrint PRO, the most tested and trusted synthetic paper with an extensive portfolio of OEM printer certifications. Engineered for minimal static, reliable feeding and on-press performance, it combines excellent toner adhesion and scruff resistance with enhanced durability, enabling tough, long-lasting applications without additional lamination or varnishing.
